We are pleased to announce that Zeta Zeta is hosting, for the first time, the Kentucky State Convention for 2012. It is an exciting time in Eastern Kentucky as we scurry to plan, manage, and create this event that we are confident will be a great time of sisterhood for all! Please make plans to join us!

MAGIC UNDER THE STARS is the theme we've chosen for many reasons. Not only will we be celebrating in 2012 under the beautiful clear skies of Eastern Kentucky where millions of stars can be enjoyed each night, but we are also giving a nod to the talents and creativity of the Stars who have been raised in Kentucky and are part of our proud heritage.

Our Charity for the event is the Jenny Wiley Theatre in Prestonsburg, KY. You will have the amazing opportunity to be witness to a small portion of the talent we possess as Kentuckians throughout the weekend with a show put on by the theatre and a few other talented guests we have invited.

We are very excited for this event and hope you will plan to join us at the Jenny Wiley State Resort Park on June 8, 9, and 10, 2012.

You MUST call in your reservation at               (606)889-1790                   or toll free at                   (800)325-0142                   and mention that you are part of Beta Sigma Phi...        If you attempt to register online you will see that the resort is booked.               The staff has generously blocked off the rooms for our use and are awaiting the reservations to be made.

Reservations must be made with the resort by                  March 1, 2012.
